About Kevin

Kevin is the president and owner of Caldwell Tree Care, located in Roswell, Georgia. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 1987 with a Bachelor’s in Political Science. After graduation he secured a position at TruGreen, beginning as a Residential Salesman. He went to work for ArborGuard in 1991 and while there he met mentors there who helped to grow his commitment to, and knowledge of, the tree care industry. This led to his becoming an ISA Certified Arborist in 1992. And in 1993, he left in order to found Caldwell Landscape Company, now doing business as Caldwell Tree Care.

Kevin has served on the boards of several organizations, including the Georgia Urban Forestry Council (now known as the Georgia Tree Council), the Metro Atlanta Landscape & Turf Association, and the Georgia Turfgrass Association. Additionally, he has served on the TCIA Board of Directors and served as Chairman of the Board in 2012-2013.

Additionally, Kevin was the recipient of the 2020 Chair’s award for his friendship, support, and belief in the previous Chair, Mundy Wilson Piper.
