In this episode, we are joined by Rebecca Johnson of Arborholic, LLC, Kristy Hiller, Vice President of Administration at TCIA, and Amanda Gazlay, coordinator of Member Engagement at TCIA to discuss creating your own personal board of directors. Finding mentors and people to be on your board is not a one size fits all process, we dive into the various ways one can go about finding the right set of people.
